Fits 1991 to present XL Sportster and 1986-2006 5 speed Big Twin (except 2006 Dyna). These off-set transmission sprockets are available in 0.5" (12.7mm) off-set and .810" (21mm) off-set and in 21, 22, 23 or 24 tooth. The .810" off-set sprocket allows fitting of an O-ring chain as much outward as possible with the outer primary cover still in the original position. The special sprocket and spacer moves the rear drive chain as far away from the tire as possible, and permits installation of 150 series tires. The kit fits 1986-2006 Softail when used in combination with 1973 up 4 Speed rear sprockets. Must be used in conjunction with ZPN 720155 spacer and ZPN 022468 main drive gear seal on 1994-2006 Softail. Fits 1986-1994 FXR when used with 1982-1985 FXR rear sprockets. The installation of this sprocket in combination with a 51 tooth rear sprocket will change the final drive ratio from 2.1875 to 2.125. The combination with a 48 tooth rear sprocket gives an increase to 2.000, which is ideal for stroker motors, 7/32 (5.6mm) off-set. 191359 24 Tooth off-set sprocket 3145 OFFSET SPROCKET AND SPACER KIT These sprocket and spacer kits are the solution for problems posed by the mounting of wider rear tires or wheels.
